Rainy Day Projects---Cool Things To Do With Motorcycle Parts

Credits :designboom.com

There are always some extra parts left over after we fix bikes, right? Don't worry, those parts didn't go to anything important. Sometimes they are just spares or parts that are no longer fit to be used for their original purpose.

Since every standard item looks better if it is made out of tools or motorcycle parts, we checked out the web for some inspiration on what to do with our stash. Here are some of the sites that we found.

Bird House

If you are going to have a birdhouse, why not build it out of a motorcycle tank?

Clocks

What better way to tell that it is riding time than by looking at a cool clock made from bike parts?

A Cow

Not sure why we would want a cow, but if we were going to have a cow, this one made from car and motorcycle parts would be the cow for us:

Lamps

Who couldn't use more lighting in the shop?

Household Gadgets

Some cool designers on this site have stripped down motorcycle parts and turned them into useful items such as spoons and forks made from clutch levers!
